In 2008, we started Milestone Decal Art to provide ceramic artists and glass fusers with contemporary decal designs that are printed using lead-free, ethically-sourced mineral pigments.

Born and raised in France, Philippe holds a dual masters degree in Fluid Mechanics and Engineering. He combines his mechanical expertise with his passion for art and design to achieve the best quality prints possible.

Hailing from Queens, New York, Erika spent many summers throughout the 1990s helping her father Fred organize stacks of ceramic decals for his company Design Point Decal. She enjoys creating new designs, marketing and sharing decal ideas on social media.

Together they have made Milestone Decal Art into a worldwide name in decal printing while raising 3 boys, a semi-feral cat and a rescue dog in New York’s majestic Hudson Valley.
